Neuter/Tack

Leuc is home! he went to UCDavis school of veterinary medicine. He was neutered and tacked by a senior student. He got his micro chip, nails clipped, and tested for heart worms.

He was the model patient & they adored him. Our guy weighed in at a whopping 105.6#'s. We ended up neutering him sooner than planned because with 3 girls in the house, and one who went into heat, it was a necessity.

Say la vie.

He is healthy, happy, and the student did a wonderful job. There is no swelling, no redness, NOTHING. He is on twice daily pain meds, and we have ACE for downers as needed. He gets excited & hops about, so it was a necesity. They actually didnt give us them because he was so calm while there. Moment he got home BAM normal energectic boy. Needless to say we had to make a special trip to get him the meds.

He is eating, drinking, and fairly active. You honestly couldnt tell he had major surgery.
